United States Shipping
We deliver across the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.
Notes:
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST ship the next business day.
- Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and territories may require extra transit days; Overnight not available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
- Free shipping applies to merchandise subtotal $150+ after discounts, before tax.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express and USPS/UPS international services. Estimated transit times vary by destination.
Customs & Duties: International shipments are Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) unless stated otherwise during checkout. Your carrier or customs authority may contact you to collect import fees prior to delivery.
Address Format: Please enter your full legal name and precise address in English characters to avoid customs delays.
Processing & Fulfillment
- Verification and packing take 1–2 business days for in-stock items.
- Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.
- Pre-Order or Backorder items display expected ship windows on the product page and in your confirmation email.
- Orders may ship in multiple boxes at no extra charge; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Delivery, Tracking, and Signature
- Tracking is emailed automatically when your label is created. It may take 12–24 hours to show first scans.
- Signature Confirmation is required for orders $350+ or at our discretion based on risk signals. Contact us before shipment if you prefer a waiver.
- We cannot ship to freight forwarders that do not provide KYC/identity verification. Such orders may be cancelled and refunded.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories
- PO Boxes: Ship via USPS only. Expedited and Overnight are unavailable.
- APO/FPO/DPO: Ship via USPS Priority Military Mail; transit is typically 7–15 business days after processing.
- US Territories (PR, GU, VI, etc.): Ship via USPS; allow additional transit days.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- Weather and carrier capacity can extend delivery windows during peak seasons.
- If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days (US) or 15 business days (international), contact support to open a trace.
- Report visible damage within 48 hours with photos of the box, labels, and shoes so we can assist promptly.
- Approved claims are resolved by replacement (when available) or refund to the original payment method.
Address Changes & Cancellations
- We can modify or cancel orders within 30 minutes of placement if not yet fulfilled. Email [email protected] with your order number and the requested change.
- Once shipped, address changes must be requested through the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Undeliverable or Refused packages: We can reship for the actual carrier fee or refund minus original shipping once returned to us.
Holiday Shipping
During major launches and holidays, please allow extra time for processing and transit. Order early to receive your pair by your target date. We publish cutoff guidance on banners when applicable.

Estimates include 1–2 business days for processing. Weekends and US holidays are excluded. Exact delivery appears with your tracking.
