Eligibility & Condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resaleable condition.
- Include all accessories, laces, tags, and inserts.
- Return with the original shoe box in good condition; do not ship the shoe box as the outer box—always double-box.
- Returns initiated after 30 days or received used/soiled may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance with “Final Sale” badge
- Worn or used products, including creased, dirty, or altered soles
- Gift cards and digital credits
- Socks, insoles, and care products if opened or used
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date shown by the carrier.
Holiday extension: Orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 are returnable until Jan 31.
How to Start a Return
- Have your order number and the email used at checkout ready.
- Contact us at [email protected] or via our contact page to request a return authorization.
- U.S. customers may request a prepaid label (an $8.95 fee is deducted from the refund unless the item is defective or you are making an exchange).
- Pack items securely in a second, protective box. Affix the label and drop off within 7 days of approval.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer exchanges on the same style within 30 days if stock is available.
- For U.S. exchanges, return shipping for the first exchange is on us.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit per your preference.
Refunds
- Inspection takes 1–3 business days after the package is delivered to our facility.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks typically post within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Where applicable, the $8.95 U.S. return label fee is deducted from the refund.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Quality is our priority. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order number.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs forms, and related fees.
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are collected by local authorities and are not refundable by AirJordan4.net.
- Mark the package “Return to Sender – Merchandise Return” where applicable to help avoid additional duties on return.
Packaging & Shoe Box Policy
- Always double-box: place the retail shoe box inside a protective shipping box.
- Shoe boxes with tape, labels, or damage may incur up to a 15% packaging fee or be refused.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned as undeliverable, we will refund the product price minus shipping charges and any carrier return fees once the item is received and inspected.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer post-purchase price adjustments on limited releases or promotional pricing.
